POSITION
Tools Setter / Technician
RESPONSIBILITY
- Tools and dies setting
- Troubleshoot tools and dies and machine problem
- To ensure production running smooth with min tools and machine issue
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly machine maintenance.
- Responsible in machinery repairing and troubleshooting.
- Oversee the Quality measure during production.
Requirements:
- At least a Professional Certificate, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Knowledge in mechanical and eletrical knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Good team player and possesses good analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Able to perform shift routine.
- Immediate position available.

- Perform set-up on machines and operate machine (to fabricate machine parts)
- Programming duties
- Troubleshoot tools and dies and machine problem

- Simple troubleshooting of machines
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPMV/ certicates from vocation school, or higer;
- Posses strong skills in operating machines like CNC / Lathe / Milling / Drilling / Grinding ;
- Must be able to read mechanical drawings;- Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPMV/ certicates from vocation school, or higer;
- Posses strong skills in operating machines like CNC / Lathe / Milling / Drilling / Grinding ;
- Knowledge in MasterCam / CNC / SolidCam will be an added advantages;
- Able to communicate simple English;
- Able to produce good quality works in a timely manner through exploitation of machine capablity & optimising parameters;
- To deligently perform any tasks given by superior from time to time.
- Posses own transportation to work;
