Daepac Industreis Sdn Bhd has an established reputation for providing low cost and high value engineering solutions. This reputation has been developed over the years based on a solid foundation of working with Electrical, Mechanical and Heavy Engineering customer for the provision of metal forming, engineering fabrication as well as engineering design.
At Daepac, we try our best to provide realible design to our customer. We believe, combination man and machine will boost good design. At the inital stage, we are using AutoCAD 2D which is helpfull in 2D design. After several years of using AutoCAD, with high demand from customer, we are currently using SolidWorks 3D Software to suite with customer needs and production requirements.
To us, everyday is learning and improvement day. There is no day that leave us without any improvement in the Daepac. We are always try to find best tools to implement especially things that can reduce cost either direct or indirect cost. There is 17 unit of power press machine various tonnage hired to support customer demand. With this facilities, we still find other machine that can provide us best cost saving to produce piece of part as well as provide customers very best price. As a result, in 2004, we start to hire multislide machine which currently reduce much on material consumtion. To date, we have 4 units of multi slide has been hired.
